Gravel Rouser & Top Gun

Summer and I manned a checkpoint at the Gravel Rouser Grab & Git this morning! This year was the easiest ever because the checkpoint was right in my yard! Bicyclists had to toss cornhole bags in exchange for points that would be calculated into their final scores for the morning.



There was a donut party featuring freshies from J.R.'s Donut Castle at the finish line!! Thanks to Mom for picking them up!



The Sunday fun didn't stop there. Summer and I had a movie date planned for the afternoon. I FINALLY WATCHED TOP GUN! She's been begging me to watch it for over a DECADE!! And it's not that I didn't want to, we just never got around to making it happen. Well today, that all changed. I made some Avocado Cucumber snacks, she brought champagne, and we settled in for an afternoon movie.
