Trick or Treat!

Ben and I headed up the hill to Gina's for Trick or Treat night. We figured we'd get to see more costumes that way! We ate a lot of candy.

Brought To You By The Letter "H"

Kayla, Leda and Derrick hosted a party tonight. The party was brought to us by the letter "H." Since H was the theme of the night, everyone who attended had to dress as something that starts with the letter "h." I went as a hare, and Jesse and Ben went as hillbillies!

Tonight, we went out to Tom's for a Chelada Taste Off! A chelada is a mexican style beer, with lime and salt. We tried them many different ways. Tom also cooked up a delicious dinner for us, and Yumi brought dessert! YUM!

Today the NBIA staff had a lunchtime baby shower for our coworkers Stephani and Mer (sissie). It was at Purple Choptsix, yum!

Confetti Festival

This weekend, we traveled to Bradford, Ohio, for the legendary Bradford Pumpkin Festival. Nobody really cares about the pumpkins, though. They go for the CONFETTI.

Swimming in October

This weekend, the temperature was in the 90's! Later this week, it is going to plummet into more traditional October temperatures, like 50's and 60's. Summer decided to take advantage of the unseasonably warm temperatures, and invited us out for a swim! Ben cleaning the fall leaves out of the pool:

Charlie: The Final Frontier

I knew when I moved in with Ben, that it would take Charlie awhile to feel comfortable in the new house. And sure enough, he hid in the basement for a couple of weeks, and slowly made his way upstairs. I knew that it would mean he was perfectly comfortable once he started hanging out in the Cat Tree again, his old favorite spot.

Last week, he finally went up there! He's been up there off and on for the past week. Tonight, we decided to take a few pictures of him up there!
