Easter Fire Pit

It was a beautiful Easter afternoon, so I had my family over for a fire pit!

Mardi Gras with Joe Burrow's dad!!!!!

The Honeybees played a Mardi Gras show at the Ridges auditorium tonight, and there were celebrity bartenders. Joe Burrow's parents were there, and I got to order a beer from his dad!!!

A Visit from Danny!

My favorite cousin-brother Danny came to town this weekend and we got to spend an entire day together! We took Felix on a walk to Little Fish.

And we had dinner at Casa!

We finished the day with a fire pit at my house. It's always so great to see Danny!! My heart is full!

Art Night at Summer's

Summer and J hosted an art night tonight! We had a local artist guide us through doing a painting. It was super fun!

Summer introduced me to my new favorite beer, Mallow Laser Quest from BrewDog. A marshmallow and pineapple hazy IPA. Unfortunately, it's seasonal!

Merry Christmas! The Bengals played last night, so we watched the game! Ho, ho, ho!

I made mushroom lasagna for dinner.

Mer made a kale salad to go with it!

Unfortunately I woke up with a cold this morning. I was able to go to Mom and Dad's for awhile this morning for breakfast and presents, wearing a mask, but I ended up feeling too sick to attend Christmas dinner. Wah!! At least I had this handsome boy to snuggle with. Merry Christmas, everyone!

Christmas Shopping Trip

Glitter Crimes

Our friend Molly lives in Raleigh, and she is in a band called Glitter Crimes. They played their first gig tonight, at The Night Rider in downtown Raleigh. Amy, Lauren and I hatched a plan to fly to Raleigh and surprise Molly at her show! We wore lots of glittery sparkles. 

This is going to be the best surprise!
