At Conference this year, Tom and I got in an argument about whether Guinness Draft Bottles were made from plastic or glass. We were both so confident that we were right, that we mad a bet. Winner buys loser an Irish Car Bomb. Then Tracy upped the ante by offering to buy us BOTH Irish Car Bombs, but that the loser of the bet would have to bow properly to the winner. Game on!
Although I was proven to be the winner as soon as we saw a six pack of GLASS BOTTLES, it didn't hurt to have this email response from the Guinness Team in my court as well:
Dear Guinness,
Please help me settle a bet. Your Guinness Draught Bottles are made of glass, not plastic, correct?
Thanks!
Kate
