To kick off Gina's birthday weekend, a group of us met at O'Hooleys on Friday night. Gina made the most amazing cheesecake. It was a ginger cheesecake with warm caramel bourbon sauce. YUM!

The main event of the evening was an Irish Car Bomb race between reigning champion Cheryl, and newcomer Gina.
