Tonight we had Mom and Dad over for enchiladas! It's Jessica Alba's recipe, and they turned out delicious. I also made some Martha Stewart Cilantro Lime rice that was ALSO delicious. However, her recipe suggested a blender, which totally didn't work. The finished product is supposed to be bright green rice, but the ingredients didn't even come up as high as my blender blades, so it barely even chopped them! I'm going to try it in the food processor next time. It still TASTED delicious, but I wanted green rice!

Dad taught us this super cool trick for getting a cork out of a bottle using a plastic baggie.
Mom brought oatmeal cherry cookies.
