Yumi's Birthday Dinner at Rickshaw Thai

To celebrate Yumi's birthday, we gathered at the new restaurant in Eclipse Company Town, Rickshaw Thai! We had a late reservation, and since it is a BYOB restaurant, we met there early and enjoyed some wine on the deck.



We ordered almost everything on the menu, and shared all of it! Unfortunately, I only snapped a couple of photos. This is the Tom Kha Gai soup, and it was SO GOOD!!! Spicy and coconutty.

The green curry was supposedly super spicy, so Nancy and I dished ourselves up wimp servings.



I ended up being able to handle it though, and had seconds! Mmm.



Summer arranged for us to have some cupcakes from Fluff Bakery!

Yay! Happy birthday, Yumi! We all loved Rickshaw Thai and I'm definitely looking forward to going back.
